We had such a wonderful stay at Shepherd's Loch Glamping. The Dragonfly pod we stayed in was absolutely perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed and more, with added thoughtful touches. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful walks, lochs, and stunning views. Jamie, the friendly and smiley host, made us feel so welcome and ensured we had a fantastic time. We are already planning our next visit and can't wait to be regulars here!

From the beautiful location to the well-equipped accommodation, everything exceeded my expectations. The green fields and serene Loch created a peaceful atmosphere that was just what I needed for a rural mini break. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The fire pit added an extra touch of coziness, and the little cabin was clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely give my stay a 10/10 and will be recommending it to my friends and family.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. my daughter had trouble getting the shower to stay warm, and no one came to fix it despite my attempts to contact the staff.

The location of this glamping site was perfect for a peaceful Christmas getaway. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it offered a chance to unwind and relax. The community center hub was a great bonus, offering free entertainment with table football, billiards, darts, and board games. It was perfect for spending quality time with loved ones.
One major downside was the lack of clear instructions upon arrival. It was confusing trying to figure out which hut was ours, and contacting the staff was unsuccessful.

Our family of 4 stayed in Cannoch Yurt - It sits on the edge of the loch right next to the waterfall & has its very own hottub - Which for all those men out there that like setting fires is heated with a wood burner - Which I loved keeping burning to warm the water. Onsite there is loads of space for the kids to roam - They pretty much disappeared at every opportunity to play on the park - Asking the kids what the best thing was of the 4 nights we stayed at Shepherds loch I got a list - It started with the hottub, then the boat they could row on the loch, the swing across the loch, helping Jamie plant trees, the shop where they could go and get lollies with their own money. I think they really enjoyed it and sulked the entire 5 hours journey home. For us adults the chance to read a magazine cover to cover, sitting in the sun listening to the sounds of the waterfall, & having very limited mobile signal we really switched off where the best bits. The yurt itself is really comfortable - Lighting the fire every morning in preparation for everyone getting up was fab. The yurt has a mini fridge which was ample to keep things cold - Including the bottles of wine we enjoyed in the sunshine.Outside there is a little cooking and cleaning area with utensils and pans - Making coffee on the camping stove each morning while listening to the sound of the waterfall. All in all we loved the break at Shepherds loch & will be back - Just not next weekend like the kids want! Jamie thanks for making such a wonderful place and making our stay amazing - we will see you again soon! Mark, Tracey, Ella & Charlotte

The property was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and always available for advice and help. The location was secluded and great for a quiet break. The hot tub was excellent and the views of the loch were great.
Tricky to find with misleading signage. The wind blowing onto the accommodation caused vibrating straps, disturbing sleep at night.

This hidden gem in the countryside offers a peaceful and beautiful location surrounded by farmland. The cabins are cosy and well-equipped, with parking nearby. You can enjoy walks around the lakes and observe a variety of birds, including friendly geese. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. The wood burner in the cabin keeps you warm at night, and there is hot water in the sink and shower.
The en-suite bathroom is located in a separate cabin, which can be a bit inconvenient if you need to use it at night.
